The One Human Experience is more than just an event—it’s an opportunity to reconnect with oneself, deepen self-awareness, and foster compassion for others through the transformative practices of yoga, mindfulness, and connection. Together, we aim to help individuals embody the principles of yoga philosophy as a way of being—not just on the mat, but in every aspect of life.

In collaboration with Veronica Clark, you’ll play a key role in bringing this transformative experience to your city, blending your expertise with our vision to create an event that inspires profound personal and collective growth.

The Framework:

(How we do what we do)

Each One Human experience invites you to explore self-awareness and connection during the event, while equipping you with practical strategies to carry forward into your relationships, communities, and personal growth. This dual focus—immersive experience and long-term application—is what makes the framework impactful and transformative.

Core Components:

  • The framework is grounded in the Yamas (ethical principles) and Niyamas (personal disciplines), providing a foundation for living in harmony with yourself and others:

    • Ahimsa (Non-Harming): Cultivate compassion in thoughts, words, and actions.

    • Satya (Truthfulness): Align with authenticity and integrity.

    • Svadhyaya (Self-Study): Foster self-awareness through reflection.

Throughout the event, you’ll have opportunities to embody these principles through practices and reflections designed to help you navigate challenges with clarity and balance.

  • We create transformative, immersive experiences through:

    • Yoga and Movement: Building physical awareness and grounding.

    • Breathwork: Supporting emotional regulation and clarity.

    • Guided Meditations: Cultivating mindfulness, presence, and compassion.

    • Sound Healing: Facilitating restoration and renewal.

    • Experiential Labs: Interactive exercises that uncover self-awareness, relational dynamics, and limiting beliefs.

    • Community Harvest: Reflective group discussions to share insights and findings from the labs, fostering deeper understanding and connection.

  • Connection is central to the One Human Experience, within yourself and with others:

    • Inner Awareness: Observe your thoughts, beliefs, and patterns with curiosity and compassion.

    • Relational Awareness: Explore how relationships act as mirrors for growth.

    • Community Bonding: Participate in shared experiences to dissolve barriers and deepen empathy.

This approach helps you see yourself and others through a lens of compassion, creating stronger, more meaningful connections.

  • You’ll leave the event with tools and strategies to integrate into your daily life, including:

    • Self-Reflection Practices: Build habits for mindfulness and self-awareness.

    • Communication Techniques: Foster authentic and compassionate relationships.

    • Principles for Navigating Challenges: Apply yoga’s wisdom to create balance and clarity in everyday interactions.

These tools ensure that the insights gained during the event extend into the moments and relationships that matter most.

  • Every experience gives you the chance to embody yogic principles in real-time, practicing awareness, compassion, and connection. This space offers a unique opportunity to explore these values and equips you to integrate them into your daily life, relationships, and communities, making the teachings of yoga a lived experience.

What Makes One Human Unique?

At the heart of One Human is the mission to dissolve barriers of separation and foster genuine connection—not only within ourselves but with others and the world around us.

We’re creating an environment where participants can:

  • Explore limiting beliefs, unconscious biases, and patterns of judgment that hinder authentic relationships and compassion.

  • Engage in challenging yet inspiring conversations and experiential labs that encourage deep listening, self-reflection, and a greater understanding of others.

  • Go beyond asana and integrate the teachings of yoga philosophy, such as the Yamas and Niyamas, into daily life for greater harmony and wholeness.

When we view others through a distorted lens of assumptions or projections, we dehumanize both ourselves and others. This leads to disconnection, pain, and the breakdown of compassion. The One Human Experience creates a space for participants to examine and transcend these barriers, cultivating a shared understanding of what it means to live as One Human.
